Font: Waterbrush Rob
( paid font)

If you want to use the template in the
down load, please skip the first few steps.



Let’s get started:

Open a new raster transparent 500 X 500.

Get your preset shapes tool and draw out a rectangle.

Stroke: Black
Fill: White

See tag for size.

Grab you magic wand and click inside of the white area.

Flood fill it with your color of choice.
 I used : #6c8297

Leave the marching ants.

Apply Eye Candy 5: Textures :
 Settings: Heavy Rain with these settings:





You can repeat this once and changed the directions.
It’s give you the effect that the border of this webpage has.


Leave your marching ants.

Now go to selection, then invert.


Copy and paste your tube, then press delete.

Lower the opacity to your liking.

I lowered mine to 45%

Undo the marching ants.

Go back to your transparent layer,
and apply your swrily brushes.

Go back to the frame layer and
copy and paste your tube as a new layer.

Apply a drop shadow with these settings:





Now get your accents and copy and paste them.

Dupilcate this layer once.

See tag for placement.

Now is a good time to add your artist copyright and trademark.

Add your name and apply a drop shadow with the same setting as before.


I save it as a png format, so it will take the color of any background it is used on.

 All done!
